OUR CLASSES
We offer variety classes of the art of Pilates with full equipments and is run by a team of internationally certified teachers. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and goal. It is suitable for everyone from Pilates beginners to physical therapy to pregnant women to athletes, for men, women, elders and kids.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD
We are proud to say that all of our teachers are fully certified from the Internation Full Comprehensive Pilates teacher training courses.
We are also the first hosting center for Full Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training course with BASI Pilates (Octorber 2019).
