Pilates is an exercise that strengthens the core muscles, improves spinal health, and prevents injuries. It also helps alleviate shoulder and back pain caused by poor posture or muscle tightness. Pilates uses specialized equipment for more effective training.

– Flexible and adaptable training schedule, especially suitable for clients who are busy at work.

– The equipment and machines used are diverse, with no limitations

– Personalized training program according to each member’s goals, current abilities, and physical condition.

– Instructors closely observe and accurately adjust each movement to achieve the exercise objectives.

Each class at Line is limited to a very small number of members to ensure that instructors can easily observe and adjust each practice movements.
